No legalese — this is the whole deal, the same way we'd say it on your driveway.
Your price
The price we text you is flat and final — no fuel fees, no surprise add-ons. Quotes are good for 30 days (realtor listing quotes: 14 days).
Paying
Payment is due when the job's done — after we walk you through your before/after photos, never before. Zelle is easiest; Venmo, cash, or card all work. Realtor and brokerage accounts: net-15 invoicing available.
Rescheduling
Life happens — reschedule or cancel free with 24 hours' notice, just text. Inside 24 hours, or a no-show at a job we can't access, a $40 slot fee may apply before rebooking. We're reasonable people; talk to us.
Weather
Light rain doesn't affect a deionized-water clean — we work through it, and the 7-day spot-free guarantee covers you either way. We reschedule for heavy rain, lightning, or high wind. When we reschedule, it's always free and you jump the queue.
What we need from you
A working outdoor spigot on the array side, unlocked gates (or a code by text), and dogs inside while we work. If we arrive and can't access the job, we'll reschedule — the first one's on us; after that the $40 slot fee applies.
The guarantee
Spot-free or we come back free: see a spot within 7 days, text us the photo, we re-clean at no charge. No forms, no debate. One honest exception: glass with years of baked-in mineral etching can't be fully restored by any safe cleaning method — if we see it, it'll be on your before photos and we'll tell you straight.
What we never do
Roof walking, ladders, repairs, mounts, wiring, panel coatings. We're a ground-only cleaning service — it's what keeps your roof, your warranty, and your panels safe. If we spot damage or wear, you hear about it from us first, with photos.
Service area
Oceanside, Carlsbad, Vista, San Marcos, Escondido, and Encinitas. Just outside? Text us anyway — a $40 trip add usually covers it, waived if a neighbor books the same morning.
